IKOR-01 forage chopper is designed for chopping and processing of grain and root crops in the process of forage preparation in livestock farms.
Grinding takes place with grinding module of 3, 4 and 5 mm.
GENERAL OPERATING CONDITIONS:
- before operation, the feed chopper must be securely fastened using the four holes available in the base;
- ambient temperature from -250C to +450C;
- relative humidity of 80% of air at temperature 200C;
- the feed chopper should be switched on before the beginning of its loading with grain or root crops, and switched off only after the working area is completely free of grain or root crops;
- operation should be carried out in rooms protected from moisture;
- the cover can be opened only after the electric motor has stopped completely and disconnected from the electric network;
- maximum grain humidity of 14% is allowed;
CONSTRUCTION:
The design uses a single-phase asynchronous electric motor with a starting capacitor.
The power of IKOR-01 electric motor is 1.5 kW. It is enough for efficient shredding of both grain and root crops.
The hammers of the fodder chopper have 4 cutting edges, which allows to increase the time of operation before resharpening due to their resetting.
IMPORTANT!!! open the lid only after the electric motor has stopped completely and disconnected from the mains.
