Измельчитель кормов ИКОР-01 предназначен для измельчения и переработки зерна и корнеплодов в процессе приготовления кормов в животноводческих хозяйствах.
Измельчение происходит с модулем помола 3, 4 и 5 мм.
ОБЩИЕ УСЛОВИЯ ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИИ:
- перед началом эксплуатации измельчитель кормов необходимо надёжно закрепить с использованием имеющихся в основании четырёх отверстий;
- температура окружающей среды от -250С до +450С;
- относительная влажность 80% воздуха при температуре 200С;
- включать измельчитель кормов необходимо до начала загрузки его зерном или корнеплодами, а выключать только после полного освобождения рабочей зоны от зерна или корнеплодов;
- эксплуатацию следует производить в помещениях, защищенных от влаги;
- открывать крышку можно только после полной остановки электродвигателя и отключения его от электрической сети;
- допускается максимальная влажность зерна 14%;
КОНСТРУКЦИЯ
В конструкции используются однофазный асинхронный электродвигатель с пусковым конденсатором.
Мощность электродвигателя ИКОР-01 составляет 1.5 кВт. Этого достаточно для эффективного измельчения как зерна, так и корнеплодов.
Молотки измельчителя кормов имеют 4 режущие кромки, что позволяет увеличить время эксплуатации до перезаточки за счет их переустановки.
